Closed for renovation

We took the hotel offline at 9am BST on Thursday 20 August.

We're making big changes to our databases and rebuilding a lot of the hotel's core infrastructure. It's not a quick job, and it isn't something we can do with everyone online.

We reckon it'll take up to 48 hours. All being well, we'll be back on Saturday 22 August.

Nothing is going anywhere. Your rooms, your furni, your credits and your friends list will all be here when we open back up.
